Why are most adults addicted to tea or coffee?
This seems to be a vice for a lot of adults, even myself.
I always liked tea, but only had it once in a blue moon. As soon I went back to education as a mature student, I got addicted to coffee!
Can anyone explain this mysterious process?
Because it has caffeine in it. That’s the same thing that Coca Cola has in it. That’s why when it first came out, everyone thought that cocaine was in it because everyone was addicted to it. Which I’m not, I can’t stand Coke.
Caffeine is a drug and you like me are now addicted to it, can’t live without my coffee
I have always liked Tea… I drink it more now since I am really not suppose to drink pop. But I drink Decaf Tea…
Tea doesn’t always have caffeine in it.
I’m not addicted but I drink it a lot (if that makes sense)
I drink tea because I grew up with it.
It’s a lifestyle (I’m British).
Some folks automatically drink coffee because they are
American and other Americans do it.
AAAAAnd it tastes lovely! (tea that is…I don’t care for coffee)
Because the coffeine inside the coffee and tea will keep them fresh and if they are tired it will help them to feel better !
Probably the caffeine that gives the kick they need, I’m addicted to water.
because it keeps you up and has caffine and is like a drug.
Good question. I guess it’s just something our parents did, so now we do the same.
I’m not sure, I didn’t start drinking coffee until I was 35 and I just quit ten days ago after drinking it for 16 yrs due to my blood pressure. I tell you what, coming down off nicotine messed with my body big time for a week.
To stay up and at work.
I can’t function properly without at least 3 cups of coffee in the morning.
