I drink hot drinks (coffee and tea almost constantly) and occasionaly juice but not much else is this stopping me from loosing wieght?
I should say I doint have sugar and only a little semi skimmed milk .
I am contemplating a charity event that will involve drinking as much coffee as possible in 1 day (crazy i know but i’m really curious) ala Futurama style.
Does anyone know if there are any dangers involverd with a task like this?
Just a quick note – i genuinly had no idea of the ill effects of caffine and was seriously considering this. I was intending to see my GP first however. After most of the comments on here i don’t think i’ll bother.

Does drinking coffee help reduce the addiction or daily cravings of alcohol. Can one develops an addiction to coffee? (from the caffeine) Will the coffee addiction ever have a chance of switching over from alcohol to coffee? This is for a research paper on an experimental analysis of behavior treatment.
