Oh by the way, coffee reduces my appetite too and I tend to eat less on days when I drink it. It also makes me moody and depressed. Could it be the acidity of coffee causing this?

Any tips for the final presentation? eg. if it is a mocha coffee, how would you serve it?
nb. We have tried filter cups but found they are not suitable for very finely ground coffee.

I have a dilemma because the recipe says to use coffee extract, but I’ve looked in the supermarket and they don’t sell it. So, can I use instant coffee instead?
